I completely customised this Game Boy myself, and to be honest, it was more work than I’d anticipated. But the result is impressive: a classic DMG in a transparent black shell, with a modern IPS screen that’s so bright and sharp you’ll never want to go back to the old green ghost image.

It also has a rechargeable battery (bye-bye AA batteries) and you can simply charge it via USB-C. No more faffing about with batteries or weird cables.
